High productivity

The SurePress L-6534VW is built to keep businesses running in the most productive fashion. Additional print modes of 30m/min and 50m/min offer greater flexibility to meet customers’ creative needs.


Epson printheads, inks and central impression drum ensure accurate colour to colour registration; thanks to PrecisionCore printheads and pinning LED lamps that minimise the spread of a dot, resulting in sharper text and smoother vignettes. Labels are also scratch and weather resistant.


Whether it’s the first or last run, or a repeat job, print and colour reproduction is consistent. For wider substrate support, a corona treater and additional UV lamp are also fitted as standard.


This press supports a wide range of substrates, including paper and film label substrates, has a maximum printable width of 330mm, and handles substrates between 80 and 320 microns thick.


Wastage is reduced because of its short substrate path and reverse feeding functionality. Nozzle Verification Technology (NVT) detects blocked nozzles and performs automatic head cleaning, reducing downtime.


SurePress inks comply with the European Framework Regulation (EC No. 1935/2004) on Food Contact Materials (FCM)1. Also, they provide the appropriate levels of durability for outdoor and industrial environments (BS560922 and UL96933 certified).
