If you change your mind, you can return your order within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Returns step by step
1. Find your order
If you purchased with an account you can view your orders in your account.
If you purchased as a guest and don’t have an account you can retrieve the order and arrange a return on our guest returns page.
2. Select the item(s) you would like to return
Choose to return the entire order, or just particular items.
3. Check your email for confirmation
Once you have requested a return, we will send you a confirmation email with a UPS return label as a PDF attachment.
4. Print your label and prepare the parcel
Please print the UPS return label, enclose the items that you would like to return in the parcel and stick the return label on the outside.
If you do not have the option to print them and would like us to send you the documents by post, please send us an email to B2C_Support@epson.eu.
5. Arrange a UPS collection
Please drop you parcel off at the nearest UPS Access Point which can be found here: https://www.ups.com/dropoff/?loc=en_GB
Alternatively please schedule a personal collection date with UPS on https://wwwapps.ups.com/pickup/schedule?loc=en_GB
6. Return your goods within 14 days of receiving the return documents.
Frequently asked questions
As soon as the products are received by the warehouse, your goods are checked and a credit note will be issued. This credit note will be send to you via email and refunded to the originally used payment method.
Usually you can expect the refund of your credit within a week after the credit note was issued.
No, Epson will cover the return fee.
If you want to return a CoverPlus extended warranty, you cannot use our Epson Store return process. Please contact B2C_Support@epson.eu to arrange the return.
