Returns & Cancellation
We can only process returns for items purchased from the official Epson UK online store at www.epson.co.uk. We cannot process returns for items purchased from other retailers.
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied or have simply changed your mind about the product(s), we will gladly accept your return within 30 calendar days of delivery.
In what condition should the item be returned?
Products must be returned in their original state and packaging.
Do I need to pay for my return?
No, Epson will cover the return fee for items purchase from the official Epson UK online store.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, you are not able to change your order once it has been placed. Should you decide you want to change your order you will need to return the item(s) and place a new order. Your return will be refunded once it has been received and processed at our warehouse.
You can cancel your order any time before your order is dispatched. If your order has been dispatched, you will need to return your item to us after receipt. Please see the "How To Return Item(s)" section.
How will I be refunded?
As soon as the products are received by the warehouse, your goods are checked and a credit note will be issued. This credit note will be send to you via email and refunded to the original payment method.
How long will my refund take?
Once the credit note is issued, you can expect the refund to your original payment method within 7 working days .
I’ve had my order for over 30 days can I still return the order?
No, after 30 days we cannot accept any returns.
Can I return part of my order or do I have to return all order items?
You can choose to return the entire order, or just particular items.
I received a faulty item. What should I do?
Please contact Epson support who will be able to help resolve your issue. If your item is within 30 calendar days of delivery, you can also follow our returns process.

Only purchases made on www.epson.co.uk can only be returned via our online return process.

If you purchased as a guest and don’t have an account you can retrieve the order and arrange a return on our guest returns page. Follow the Step by step returns process below.
Step by step returns process
- Find your order
- If you purchased with an account you can view your orders in your account.
- If you purchased as a guest and don’t have an account you can retrieve the order and arrange a return on our guest returns page.
- Select the item(s) you would like to return
- Choose to return the entire order, or just particular items.
- Check your email for confirmation
- Once you have requested a return, we will send you a confirmation email with a UPS return label as a PDF attachment.
- Print your label and prepare the parcel
- Please print the UPS return label, enclose the items that you would like to return in the parcel and stick the return label on the outside. If you do not have the option to print them and would like us to send you the documents by post, please send us an email to B2C_Support@epson.eu.
- Arrange a UPS collection
- Please drop you parcel off at the nearest UPS Access Point which can be found here: https://www.ups.com/dropoff/?loc=en_GB
- Alternatively please schedule a personal collection date with UPS on https://wwwapps.ups.com/pickup/schedule?loc=en_GB
- Return your goods within 14 days of receiving the return documents.
How long does it take to complete a return?
- It can take up to 5 working days for us to receive your return from the carrier.
- Once the return has been received and processed at our warehouse, we’ll send you an email to confirm your refund has been processed. This can take 2-3 business days after we’ve received the returned item from the carrier.
- Your refund may take up to 14 days to show on your account, depending on the method of payment you used.
What if the carrier did not or is not able to collect my item(s)?
If for any reason your package is not collected on the day you’ve booked, please follow our usual returns instructions and book another pick up free of charge. .
