What you might see:

  • On the printer screen: Error code 950143
  • On your computer: Error code 950143

Recommended Steps:

  1. Restart your printer.
  2. Ensure your printer is connected to a Wi-Fi network and has internet access.
  3. Try printing again.
  4. Check for firmware updates:

If the issue continues:

  • Your printer may no longer be registered with ReadyPrint.
  • Please log into your ReadyPrint account and check your plan status. If it shows as cancelled, you’ll need to recreate the plan using the same account and printer.
