Whether you’re looking to convert precious family photos into a digital collection, or save office space by storing large volumes of company documents digitally, a scanner is the ideal option to save time, money, and space.

Different types of scanners

Epson offer a range of high-quality scanners with a range of features and benefits. From home scanners with slow mode for scanning fragile documents, to super-fast scanners which can scan 1,000s of documents per day. We have many popular business scanner options, including sheetfed, flatbed and mobile scanners.

Take a look at our scanners to find your ideal option.

Home and office scanners

Finding the right scanner for your home or office setting can offer a range of benefits, but it is always good to think through your primary usage in order to select the option which fits you best.

If you’re happy for your scanner to remain in one place such as an office desk, you’ll likely prefer a desktop scanner. If your business needs to scan a large daily volume of documents such as invoices, contracts and receipts, you’ll benefit from a scanner with a large daily duty cycle and automatic feed mode. If you’re scanning older family photos, you’ll benefit from a scanner with slow mode designed for fragile documents.

If you need to take your scanner easily between multiple locations, your ideal fit would be a portable scanner. Factors such as the size of documents you’ll be scanning, and the amount of space you have available, will help you select between an A3 scanner and A4 scanner.

Scanner features

Many of our scanners also offer additional features such as Wi-Fi capabilities and the ability to send your scanned images directly to a tablet or smartphone after scanning. This is useful for sending a scanned contract to several key stakeholders, or a cherished family photo album to several close family members.

The filters at the side of this page allow you to narrow down your choice by price, size, scanner speed, connectivity, and other key features, leading you to your ideal scanner choice.
