I can print to my networked printer/All-In-One on my home network, but I can't print when I connect the same computer to a VPN (virtual private network). What's wrong?
Unable to print on a VPN (Virtual Private Network)
Networked printers and All-In-One products
Your printer is set up to communicate with your home network. When you connect to a Virtual Private Network (VPN), your computer is no longer communicating with your home network, so it cannot print to the Epson printer/All-In-One. You'll need to connect to your home network to print again.
In some instances, the administrator for a VPN may enable a protocol that allows you to connect to the VPN and maintain communication with your home network (LAN). Please contact your VPN administrator/IT department for assistance.
If you require further assistance, we recommend contacting your VPN administrator/IT department who may be able to provide other options.
