A Lot of Junk Faxes Have Been Received

Description

You can reduce unwanted junk faxes using the printer's Rejection Fax feature.

Solution

Enable Rejection Fax options on the control panel: Settings > General Settings > Fax Settings > Basic Settings > Rejection Fax. Available options include:

• Rejection Number List: block faxes from specific numbers you add to the list.
• Fax Header Blank: block faxes that don't include header information — many junk faxes omit this deliberately.
• Not in Contacts: block faxes from senders not already saved in your contacts list.
