Solution

Windows 11

  1. Click the Start button.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. In the Settings menu, click Bluetooth & devices.

  4. Click Printers & scanners.

  5. The Printers & Scanners window opens.

Windows 10

  1. Click or tap the Start button at the bottom left of the screen.

Windows 8

  1. Move the mouse cursor to the bottom or top-right of the screen and click the Search icon.

  2. Type Control panel in the search bar and press Enter.

  3. In Control Panel, double-click Devices and Printers (Small/Large icon view), or click View devices and printers (Category view).

  1. Click the Start button, then click Devices and Printers.
