At home or at work, Epson warranties help keep your products at peak performance. With CoverPlus, you can extend your warranty to three years on products used at home. While for office machines you have a choice of one, two or three-year enhanced warranty services. When your warranty runs out, we’ll continue supporting you, making any repairs necessary at a very reasonable cost. Epson service options help you protect your investment for years to come.
Built-in protection
All Epson products come with a standard one-year warranty. For further assurance, you can choose to extend this to three years with CoverPlus. With an Epson enhanced warranty you’ll have a fast, efficient service for full peace of mind.
Standard warranty
Our one-year warranty includes different repair and maintenance services depending on the product you purchase. These are explained below and we’ll advise which apply to your own product.
Call-out
To get you up and running as soon as possible, our call-out service will send an engineer to your premises the next working day. We aim to repair your product within one hour of arrival. If this is not possible for any reason, the engineer will outline your options - and if it’s uneconomical for us to carry out a repair, we’ll offer you a replacement product instead.
Collect, repair, return
If your product develops a fault we’ll collect, repair and return it within five working days. If it can’t be economically repaired, we’ll replace it with an equivalent product.
Carry-in
Simply take your faulty product to your nearest Epson Express Centre where our technicians will diagnose the fault and repair or replace it. Please call the Express Centre before travelling to check that they support your particular model.
Replace
With this option, we’ll collect your faulty product and deliver an equivalent replacement to you on the next working day.
Epson CoverPlus
This optional, additional warranty extends your peace of mind for three years from the date of purchase.
Enhanced warranty – boost your confidence and stay in business
Specifically designed for business use, our enhanced warranty covers a wide range of products including mono and colour lasers and large format printers. It can extend your standard cover by one, two or three years. With an enhanced warranty, simply contact Epson at the first sign of trouble and we’ll arrange for an engineer to visit your premises within eight working hours. The engineer will normally be able to repair it within one hour of arrival. However, if it’s not possible to repair your equipment within 16 working hours, or if it would be uneconomical to do so, we’ll replace it with an equivalent product. Robust and productive, Epson products are hard to beat. However some components will inevitably wear out and will need to be replaced at regular intervals, depending on your workload. Our service kits contain all the replacement parts you need. We’ll supply and install a single service kit at no additional cost, with both our one or two year enhanced warranty. The three year enhanced warranty service includes the supply and installation of two service kits. When your warranty runs out, you can order kits directly from Epson. When your cover expires, Epson remains committed to helping you get your product up and running again - fast. We can offer advice over the phone, or send an engineer to visit you.
You will need to contact Epson and pay in advance before an engineer can be booked to visit and repair your product. This service is available for both out of warranty repairs and also for the installation of maintenance kits. In the unlikely event that your product is beyond economical repair we will advise you and give you the option of replacing your equipment instead.

Professional installation
To get you started as quickly as possible, our installation option is ideal. We’ll unpack and install your Epson equipment and connect up all supplied and optional hardware, software and accessories – including consumables. Whether you have a stand-alone computer or a network, we’ll power them up and check everything works correctly, before leaving you to enjoy enhanced productivity with Epson. To help us ensure things go smoothly on the day, please ensure you have all your passwords available, as well as full access to networks if necessary.
If additional cables are needed to meet your system requirements, ensure these are to hand. Please also rectify any known faults with your computer that may affect the configuration of your product.
Professional training
Our training option is an excellent way to share the benefits of Epson products across your company. We’ll give up to two staff members a hands-on, practical learning session. This includes showing them how to: use the function buttons; change the default configuration settings; replace consumables; load paper; clear paper jams and maintain the machine for continuous smooth running. We’ll also demonstrate the driver software settings, options and features.
For whatever purpose you bought your product, we’ll advise on how to maximise the benefits – thereby increasing the value of your investment.
