Your product is now ready to scan via USB
If the test was unsuccessful check the following steps below, after each step preform a new test:
Check the product is powered on.
If the product will not power on, make sure of the following:
The power is plugged directly into a wall outlet and not an extension cable.
Try a different power cable.
Unplug the USB cable and plug the USB cable in both the PC or Mac and the product.
Try a different USB cable
In the Windows Device Manager, make sure your scanner’s name appears under Imaging devices without a question (?) or an exclamation (!) mark, or a red X. If the scanner appears with one of these marks or as an unknown device, uninstall Epson Scan, then reinstall it.
