When connecting an Epson printer for the first time to a Macintosh running Mac OSX 10.10 (Yosemite) or later an AirPrint printer is added automatically which will limit the settings available for printing.
Follow the steps below to remove the AirPrint driver so that the Epson driver can be installed.
Click the Apple Menu at the top left of the screen.
Click System Preferences then select Printers & Scanners
Select the printer and click on the -button at the bottom right of the printer list
Once the printer has been removed click here to download the driver, then follow the on-screen instructions to install the printer driver.
When the driver has installed click the Apple Menu in the top left of the screen.
Clickt System Preferences then select Printers & Scanners
Click on the + at the bottom right of the printer list and the Add window will appear
At the Add window, select the Epson printer under name and check that Epson you want to install is selected form the Use drop down menu.
