How to perform automatic 2-sided printing with the Auto Duplexer in Windows
Epson inkjet printers with an Auto Duplexer installed or available as an option
Automatic 2-sided printing is available for models with an Auto Duplexer installed. Depending on the model, the Auto Duplexer may be optional and not installed by default.
Four types of 2-sided printing are available: automatic standard, automatic folded booklet, manual standard and manual folded booklet.
2-sided printing is only available for plain paper and the following and sizes: US Letter, A4, B5.
This feature is not available with borderless printing - do not select a paper size with a 'borderless' option. This may vary depending on the model. If your Epson product has more than one paper cassette tray, make sure the correct paper 'Source' is selected in your printing application.
Only use papers that are suitable for 2-sided printing. Otherwise, the printout quality may deteriorate. Depending on the paper and the amount of ink used to print text and images, ink may bleed through to the other side of the paper. The surface of the paper may be smeared during 2-sided printing.
