Follow the instructions below if the IP address has changed you will need to reconfigure the Epson Scan Settings.
There are 2 ways to check the IP address or the All-In-One printer:
Check Epson Scan Settings, select you operating system below for further instructions:
Start > All Programs/Programs > Epson Scan > Epson Scan Settings
> Applications > Utilities > Epson Scan Settings

If you have more than one networked Epson scanner or All-In-One, you will need to make sure you select the correct All-In-One from the drop-down menu in Epson Scan Settings. |
Alternatively, click on the All-In-One name under 'Scanner Name' and click on the Delete button. Click on Add to search for the scanner again; click on the scanner when it is found and click OK.
If the search times out/the scanner is not found, make sure that the All-In-One is powered on and click Retry. Alternatively, click on the radio button beside Enter address and type-in the IP address stated on the Confirm Network Settings screen, network status sheet, or in EpsonNet Config, and then click OK.
In the main Epson Scan Settings screen, click on the All-In-One name under Network Scanner Address and then click on Test. If the test is successful, the scanner is ready to use.
If the All-In-One cannot be detected in Epson Scan Settings or the test fails, make sure that Epson Scan (escndv.exe in Windows) and Epson Scan Settings (escfg.exe in Windows) is not blocked by your computer's firewall. Also check that your firewall isn't set to block traffic from a safe network range (such as your home network 192.168.1.xxx).
Failing this, check if the access point has any limitation for network access: check if MAC address filtering is enabled on the access point. If access restrictions are set, register the All-In-One's MAC address on the wireless router or access point. Print a network status sheet or refer to the sticker on the back of the printer to find out its MAC address. Then refer to your router or access point's documentation for instructions.
