How can I find my local Epson Express Centre?
You can find your nearest Express Centre via the Epson website, as follows:
Indicate if your Epson product is in or out of warranty. Enter your location details Street, City or Postcode(if applicable) into the search box and either select the appropriate product group or use the SEARCH FOR A MODEL search box to find your product. Once selected, click the Search button:
A list of your nearest Epson Express Centres will open, including contact details and a local map.
Products supported at Epson Express Centres
Our standard one-year product warranty already gives you an award-winning service. With Epson Express Centre, repair and replacement is now faster than ever. The warranty extends to all consumer products, you can contact your local centre for a comprehensive and up to date list.
If your product is under 12 months old, remember to take your proof of purchase with you. This will show the product is in warranty and you will not be charged.
If your product is under 30 days old, however, it would be best to contact us directly by telephone, chat or email. Alternatively, return it to the retailer at your convenience to swap the unit for another brand new machine.
For out of warranty products we can still offer free advice, but servicing and repair will be liable to a fee decided by the centre.
When you take a printer to an Epson Express Centre, leave the ink cartridges inside. Do not take them out.
If your product develops a fault within the warranty period, we'll examine it for you and determine the possible cause. There will be no charge for this service.
The fault diagnostic process may not be possible immediately and you may be requested to leave your product with the Express Centre. The Express Centre will contact you directly to advise you of any action that needs to be taken.
If possible, your existing product will be repaired under the terms of your warranty.
If your product is no longer under warranty the Express Centre can still offer free advise, they may also be able to quote for an out of warranty repair, this price is set by the Express Centre please ask your technician for further details.
Replacement product in warranty
If your local Epson Express Centre is unable to fix the problem, a permanent replacement product will be supplied.
The replacement will be a Quality Assured unit of the same model, not a brand new machine. You will need to keep all accessories such as the leads, ink cartridges, paper support tray(s) and software CD(s). Just the basic unit will be swapped over.
The replacement will be dispatched to your Epson Express Centre for collection within five working days. Alternatively, a replacement can be delivered directly to an address of your choice*. You will need to retain your current unit until it is exchanged for its replacement.
The remaining balance of the warranty will be transferred to the replacement unit.
*To an address on the UK mainland or an address in Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man or Channel Islands. Your Epson product must be boxed and ready for collection at the same time as the delivery of the replacement unit. You must retain all cables, accessories and fitted options as only a base unit is supplied. The service is stock-dependent; for products that are in stock, delivery should normally be available to the UK mainland by within five working days. Delivery to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland or UK islands may take five working days or longer. We will notify you via SMS or email when the unit has been dispatched if you request this and supply your email address or mobile telephone number at the time of your visit.
