Try the following solutions.

  • You cannot access the Internet by Wi-Fi when the printer and smart device are connected in Wi-Fi Direct (Simple AP) connection. Disconnect the Wi-Fi Direct (Simple AP) connection if you want to access the Internet.

  • If the data communication function for the smart device is disabled, enable it.

  • If the smart device is in airplane mode, disable airplane mode.
