When trying to install a 32-bit driver or software, you will receive an error message or a change to the install icon, preventing the install proceeding. This is due to Apple’s decision to stop support for 32 bit applications in MacOS 10. 15

Please check to see if a new driver has been released for your product on your country’s Epson website, under the support section. If using Epson Scan, then check for a compatible version of Epson Scan 2.
