Universal Pixels (UP) pursues further growth in the entertainment industry with Epson projectors
The renowned video specialist makes the UK’s first investment, and the largest across EMEA, of Epson’s new EB-L20000U laser projector
13th September 2019 – To meet the growing and international demand for bespoke video entertainment, Universal Pixels (UP) has invested in 20 x EB-L20000U laser projectors to support their growing and increasingly diverse clientele across the UK and Europe. The EB-L20000U is the first in the 20k lumen WUXGA sector from Epson, the world number one projector manufacturer, and was designed to expand Epson’s line-up in the high-end AV rental sector.
UP’s recent ventures have seen the company deliver big show video packages for Spice Girls, Snow Patrol, The Chemical Brothers, and Swedish House Mafia, to name a few. The growing demand within theatre, cinema and other bespoke visitor attractions has opened the door to more opportunities, leading UP to expand its fleet of Epson projectors where their durability and flexibility will be put to the test in a wider array of unique environments.
