Epson launches best-in-class service at ISE 2015
New CoverPlus365 programme offers customers exceptional support and replacement products to keep onsite
Epson is showcasing a new pre- and post-sale service and support programme at ISE 2015. CoverPlus365 demonstrates Epson’s commitment to provide best-in-class service and outstanding local support to help give installation customers added peace of mind.
CoverPlus365 gives installation customers direct access to trained Epson experts, who can provide guidance and support at all stages, from pre-sales advice, to complex system integration and installation. The service also offers installation customers replacement products to store on-site, ideal for business-critical installations.
Following a successful trial in the UK, installation customers across Europe can now experience a best-in-class service along with superior image quality thanks to 3LCD technology to ensure crisp, bright high-quality images with equally high White and Colour Light Output.

Epson has an extensive service centre network of over 370 projector service points across 63 countries meaning customers will benefit from a wide-reaching range of support services.
With the new programme, customers will have access to spare projectors, lamps and filters to store on their site. This will help provide maximum continuity and keep downtime to an absolute minimum, ideal for business critical installations.
Customers will also receive outstanding levels of local support from the start. Epson’s team of trained experts can offer advice and guidance from pre-sales advice, through to complex system integration and installation. They will also provide both training and advice to ensure customers have the necessary skills to identify and resolve faults quickly, should they arise.
Epson’s e-Service team also provides customer support and assistance via online chat, phone email and social media.
