New solution brings improved MPS data collection and analysis to products requiring reduced maintenance and consumables replacement

Epson partners with Print Audit to enhance Managed Print Service solutions for its RIPS products

Working with Print Audit, a leading Independent Software Vendor (ISV), Epson has enhanced the compatibility of its WorkForce Pro RIPS (Replaceable Ink Pack System) products with a Managed Print Service (MPS) programme. This partnership will enable resellers and distributors to remotely manage secure data collection and analysis, as well as gain better visibility of print usage and management requirements on products developed to reduce the need for in-field support and ink replacement.

Our partnership with Print Audit makes these products viable as part of an MPS programme that will be an attractive proposition for channel partners, due to their low intervention requirements and subsequent reduction in logistics and on-site support costs.”
