  • Water resistance – solid pigment particles “sit” on the surface of the paper and provide high levels of water resistance.
  • Light resistance – Pigment inks have a high resistance to fading and Epson DURABrite™ inks set new limits with lightfastness† for up to 100 years (based on album storage)
  • Extra sharp text and graphic optimised on plain paper – as pigment inks are not fully absorbed into the paper like conventional dye based inks, the ink dots remain very tight, with no feathering, providing amazingly sharp text.
  • Double sided printing without bleed through – by controlling the degree to which the DURABrite™ inks penetrate the paper the colour is held near the surface. Perfect for double sided printing.
  • Brighter colours on plain paper – the innovative formulation of Epson DURABrite™ inks provides brighter output on plain and matte papers.

Offering a wide colour gamut with superior stability, Epson DURABrite™ Ink uses a super-penetrating pigment based formula that delivers excellent print quality on plain paper. The Ink particles remain near the surface, so light is evenly reflected across the page, resulting in a greater colour range. Because DURABrite™ Inks are comprised of insoluble particles, colour remains within each particle for long-lasting results.

They’re also water resistant, which prevents accidental damage caused by moisture and spills. And they’re excellent for double-sided printing because the inks don’t smudge or bleed through.
