Epson AV Preventative Maintenance Service Packs

For UK Mainland and the Republic of Ireland

Step1: Decide on the duration of service you need for your Epson projector.

1 year service provides two onsite engineer visits, 3 year service provides two onsite engineer visits per year for 3 years.

Each on site visit includes:-

• dusting the outer case
• removal of the outer case, dusting the interior and refitting the outer case
• cleaning the air filters
• checking the lamp usage*
• cleaning the outer lens surface
• repositioning the projector and adjusting the zoom and focus to the original position and screen size prior to the services above being carried out

* If the lamp should be replaced, the engineer can replace the lamp with a new one supplied by the customer, or, subject to availability, the engineer can supply and fit a lamp for a charge and payment method to be agreed between the engineer and the customer at the time of replacement.

If the projector is connected to other equipment such as mountings, brackets and peripherals, the engineer will disconnect it in order to undertake the services above and reconnect it after the services have been completed, unless the engineer does not believe it is safe to do so, in which case we will ask you to make arrangements for safe access or disconnection before the service can be carried out.

Step 2: Purchase the appropriate AV preventative maintenance service pack.

Step 3: Register the pack with Epson.

Call Epson as described on the “Activating this pack” sheet supplied inside the pack. You will need the model and serial number of your Epson projector and the service pack authorisation number included in the pack.

Step 4: Simply contact Epson when you want to book a preventative maintenance appointment (at least 7 days in advance).
