Epson has revamped its mid-range colour inkjet family, bringing the benefits of its DURABrite™ ink technology to the home office and small office customers for the first time. The Epson Stylus C64 is the ideal A4 colour inkjet for use in the home, while for those with more demanding print tasks, the Stylus C84 sets the standard for colour inkjet printing.

The Stylus C64 provides fast, high-quality printing at a very cost-effective price. For the first time Epson's mid-range inkjet printer is compatible with Epson's DURABrite™ inks. The second generation of DURABrite™ inks provide resistance to water, and are smudge-proof and fade-resistant for up to 80 years. The new ink offers laser sharp text and vibrant colour reproduction on plain and recycled paper, making the Stylus C64 an all-round document and photo print solution when used with DURABrite™ Photo Paper.

Print speeds are rated at 17 pages per minute in black, and 9ppm in colour, and the Stylus C64 comes with a 100-sheet auto feeder.

The printer's silver case and overall look have also been designed so that the Stylus C64 will make a stylish addition to any home.

For more demanding users, the Epson Stylus C84 has been designed to meet all the print needs of home, home office and small office users, where the most commonly used media is plain or recycled paper. The Stylus C84 also employs Epson's second generation DURABrite™ inks and offers faster performance with black printing at 22 pages per minute, and 12ppm in colour. A 120-sheet paper feeder caters for longer document runs.
