Prize Draw Rules
No purchase necessary. Please send your name, postal address, e-mail address and a contact telephone number to the address below marked for the attention of 'Register to Win'.
This prize draw is run by Epson UK Ltd. The Epson prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, except for employees of Epson, their families and anyone else who is professionally associated with the draw.
The winner of the Epson prize draw will be picked on the last Friday of the month and the winner will be contacted during the following month of that year via e-mail. There is one prize of an Epson P3000 Photo Viewer. The winner will receive the prize within 8 weeks of the prize draw.
Only entries received in the previous month are eligible for the prize draw, no entries from previous prize draws will be carried over.
The P3000 Photo Viewer is non-exchangeable and there will be no cash equivalent. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Epson reserves the right to offer an alternative Photo Viewer of equal or greater value in connection with the Offer.
Winners may be invited to take part in post-event publicity.

Terms and Conditions
Promotion open to UK residents (including IoM and CI), aged 18 and over, excluding employees of Epson, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
Entries are limited to only one per household per month.
Closing date for receipt of entries/applications is the end of each month.
There will only be one prize draw per month, the winner will be notified via e-mail during the following month.
Winning claims are subject to a full verification process.
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse payment of the prize if there is any suspicion of fraud.
The Promoter is not liable for non or late receipt of any entry/application, due to operator, network or website error, or delay in the post, nor for any associated cost to claimants.
Any attempt to deliberately damage the Epson website or the information on the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
