The CoverPlus 3 year on-site Enhanced Warranty gives you these
additional benefits to your standard 1 year warranty:

  • An engineer will visit on-site within 8 working hours after you contact
    Epson to report a fault
  • The printer will be repaired or replaced within 16 working hours of
    contacting Epson
  • Supply and installation of service kits (including replacement of the pump cap assembly)
  • Annual service checks, which include:
    - cleaning the printer
    - cleaning the print head assembly
    - removing media/dust contaminates and ink residue
    - inspecting the pump cap assembly
    - checking the condition of cutter blade
    - health check to see if a maintenance kit is required

The CoverPlus Enhanced Warranty ensures you'll experience less printer downtime, which means your business will be up and running faster.
