All products are channelled through local and regional distribution centres, and specialist Service Repair Centres have been established. Epson products meet this expectation on all counts: they all conform to the individual national safety standards as well as meeting the regulations specified by the European Commission (CE conformity). They also exceed expectations in terms of their environmental impact - and Seiko Epson's recent awards from the Environmental Protection Agency are of particular significance to our ecology-conscious Scandinavian customers.Middle East & AfricaOur International Division has responsibility for the marketing of Epson products in 38 countries in the Middle East and Africa. Our share in this challenging marketplace continues to increase, with greater sales across the entire product range - not only in the established dot matrix printer ranges but especially with the fast-growing inkjet range. With the same dedication applied to our UK market, we are providing increased support to these territories by establishing local dealers and distribution centres, providing specialist product training courses for dealers, and staging corporate presentations.
