Epson Telford Limited is the European manufacturing site for ink cartridges. Epson Telford ink cartridges are sold throughout Europe, Scandinavia, Africa and the Middle East. At Telford we manufacture ink cartridges and have a plastic moulding facility. New to the site at Telford is the Epson Customer Interaction Centre, which offers after sales support to all Epson customers, including printers, scanners and optical devices.
INK CARTRIDGE assembly
Epson Telford commenced Ink cartridge Manufacture - Ink Assembly - in October 1998. The production process is fully automated and operates a clean room manufacturing environment. Injection Moulding was officially opened in October 1999 and produces 100% plastic mouldings for our Ink cartridges
EUROPEAN DISTRIBUTION CENTRES
Telford is also the location of EDC-UK. EDC-UK is responsible for European Distribution of all supplies items, such as cartridges and paper. In addition, EDC-UK is responsible for UK distribution, supporting EUL, the sales company based in Hemel Hempstead.

Epson have been voted the Number One Provider of Helpdesk Support Service for the last two years by around 10,000 readers of PC Magazine, with PCW and PC Pro also awarding Epson Number 1 status for the quality of its customer Service and Support provision.
