Epson Postal Return Programme

This service allows you to return an empty toner cartridge free of charge via Royal Mail.

How it works :
1. When you install a new toner cartridge, put the empty cartridge in the packaging from the new cartridge.
2. Complete our online form starting with your country, then the toner cartridge type, then your details.
3. You can then print a Royal Mail postage label and stick it to the package.
4. The package can be returned to us free of charge either by taking it to a post office, or with your company post if Royal Mail normally collect from your organisation.
