How can I erase personal Fax information stored in the memory of my All-In-One?

EXPLANATION:
Your Epson product allows you to store names and telephone numbers in its memory which are saved even when the power is turned off.
We recommend that you use the following procedure to erase the memory if you give the product to someone else or when you dispose of the product.
Erasing the memory
You can erase the memory by selecting Reset All Settings from the Restore Default Settings menu - available via Setup menu (or Copy/Fax mode for the Stylus Office BX300F and BX310FN).

Stylus DX7000F
You can delete individual Speed Dial entries via the Speed Dial Setup menu in the Fax mode Setup menu. Follow the steps below to restore the unit to its factory default settings.
- Press the
Fax mode button then press the
Setup button.
- Press the
Setup button again to enter the Fax Setup mode.
- Use the Up or Down arrow button to scroll through the menu and select 0. Restore Default Setting. Alternatively, you can also use the numeric keypad, by pressing the '0' key.
- Press the OK (Colour Copy) button to restore all settings.
Stylus DX9400F
You can delete individual Speed Dial entries via the Speed Dial Setup > Delete Entry menu in the Fax Settings menu in Setup mode. Follow the steps below to restore the unit to its factory default settings.
- Press
Setup.
- Use the Right or Left arrow button to scroll through the menu and select Restore Default Settings, and then press OK.
- Use the Up or Down arrow button to scroll through the menu and select Init All Settings, and then press OK.
- Select OK, and then press the OK.
All data stored in the memory is erased.
Stylus Office BX300F/Stylus Office BX305F
- Press
Mode [Copy/Fax] to select Fax mode, and then press
Menu.
- Press
Up or
Down to select 6. Restore Default Settings, and then press OK.
- Press
Up or
Down to select 4. Reset All Settings, and then press OK.
- Press the 1 key (for Yes) to restore all settings.
All data stored in the memory is erased.
You can also access the Restore Default Settings via the Copy mode.
Stylus Office BX310FN/Stylus Office BX320FW

Fax to select Fax mode, and then press
Menu.

Up or

Selecting Reset Fax Send/Receive Settings and Reset Fax Data Settings will clear the fax memory. Note for Network users:If you are not going to give the All-In-One to someone else or dispose of it and only want to erase personal fax information, selecting Reset All Settings will reset network settings and require you to make network settings again. Select the "Reset Fax..." menu items to erase fax information only.
- Press
Up or
Down to select the restore setting you require, and then press OK.
- Press the 1 key (for Yes) to restore the selected settings.
- Press the 1 key (for Yes) again as a final confirmation.
Note:To cancel deleting the entry, press the 2 key (for No).
All data stored in the memory is erased.
Stylus Office BX600FW/BX610FW
You can delete individual Speed Dial entries and Group Dial entries. To do this, select Fax Settings from the Setup menu. Select either Speed Dial Setup or Group Dial Setup, depending on the information you want to delete. Select Delete from the menu, and press OK. You see the registered speed dial/group dial entry numbers. Select or type the speed dial/group dial entry number that you want to delete, and then press OK. You see the confirmation message. Select Yes to delete the entry, and then press OK. Press Home to return to the first screen.
Alternatively, follow the steps below to restore the unit to its factory default settings:
- Press Right or Left to select Setup and then press OK.
- Press Left to select Restore Default Settings, and then press OK.

Exit the Setup mode after making your settings in order to print from the computer or use the copy, scan or photo print features of your All-In-One by pressing an appropriate button on the control panel.

- Press Up or Down to select 7. Restore Default Settings. Press the OK button.

- For fax-related settings, you have the option to select Reset Fax Send/Receive Settings, Reset Fax Data Settings or Reset All Settings.
