We’re always there for you

Help desk

Avoid potentially costly printer downtime by contacting our trained help desk staff. They’ll talk you through the problem and attempt to resolve it over the phone. If they can’t suggest a solution they’ll arrange for an on-site engineer to visit. Wherever possible we’ll despatch an engineer within eight working hours of your call.

Our charges

We'll provide you with a fixed price quote for the repair which will include parts and labour. All you need to do is provide us with your credit card details and we will arrange for your product to be repaired. All charges exclude VAT. This service is also available for the installation of maintenance kits. For further information on maintenance kits and their benefits please visit www.epson.co.uk/services. In the unlikely event that your product is beyond economical repair, we’ll advise you of your options for replacement instead.

Limited liabilities

We can only repair faults in our own products and regret that we’re unable to guarantee the lifespan of replaceable parts. We cannot accept responsibility for ensuring Epson performance in conjunction with other equipment or software. It is your responsibility to organise reprofiling of the RIP and software if required, as this is not covered by Epson.

Ongoing maintenance of large format printers

When the warranty on your large format printer runs out, we can continue to offer you a repair service and also install maintenance kits. If you request on-site cover, an engineer will call at your address within eight working hours.

Advanced users

To get the very best from your Epson product, our advanced user course is ideal. Using the most popular applications and operating systems, we’ll take you step-by-step through the printing/imaging process. You’ll learn how to get perfect results and pick up lots of useful tips and tricks.

Engineers

For engineers, our courses cover the servicing, maintenance and set-up of Epson printers,  scanners, projectors and cameras. You’ll learn how to strip down Epson products, carry out maintenance procedures and complete all internal adjustments. Manuals and service programmes will also be supplied.

New technology courses

To keep you up to speed with the latest advances, Epson runs sessions aimed at increasing technical knowledge such as colour matching and networking.

Help desk training

To give the best support you can, you need to keep up-to-date with developments and training. Our help desk sessions cover everything you need to know in order to provide first line support and diagnosis.
